1. What this is
A private, self-hosted personal productivity application operated by one person for their own use. It is not offered to the public, has no other users, and cannot be signed up for.
2. Eligibility
Only the owner may authorize or use this application. Authorization is limited to a small fixed set of accounts belonging to that one person.
3. Acceptable use
The application is used solely to read its owner's own email and calendar data in order to organize that person's own schedule and correspondence. It is not used to access anyone else's data.
4. Third-party API compliance
Use of information received from any third-party API adheres to that provider's applicable user data policies, including their limited use requirements. Data obtained through such APIs is not sold, is not used for advertising, and is not used to train models.
5. No warranty
This software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. It is a personal project and may be unavailable, incomplete, or incorrect at any time.
6. Limitation of liability
The owner is the sole user and bears all risk of use. No liability is extended to any other party, as no other party is permitted to use it.
7. Changes
These terms may be updated at any time. The date above reflects the current version.
