Privacy Policy
Last updated: 25 August 2026
Scope
This application is private and self-hosted, used by one person for their own accounts. It has no other users. Nobody else can authorize it, and it collects no data from anyone other than its owner.
What is accessed
With the owner's explicit consent, the application requests read-only access to that person's own:
- Email messages
- Calendar events
The permissions requested do not allow sending, deleting, or modifying any content. No other categories of data are requested.
Where data goes
Content retrieved on the owner's behalf is processed in two places:
- Self-hosted infrastructure under the owner's physical control. Data at rest remains on that equipment.
- A third-party language model provider, to which relevant excerpts are sent in order to produce summaries. That content is subject to the provider's own terms and data-handling practices.
This is stated because it is the only point at which data leaves the owner's own equipment.
What is not done
- Data is never sold, rented, or shared for advertising.
- Data is never used to train any model.
- Data is never transferred to any party except as described above.
- This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics, tracking, or telemetry.
- No data is collected from any person other than the owner.
Limited use
Use of information received through any third-party API is limited to providing and improving the features described above, and complies with the applicable API provider's user data policies, including their limited use requirements.
Retention
Retrieved content is held only as long as needed to answer a request, plus local records the owner keeps for their own reference. Any of it can be deleted at any time.
Revoking access
The owner can withdraw this application's access at any time through the account-permissions settings of the relevant provider, which immediately and permanently ends its ability to read anything.
